Recipe: how many depends on the size of your shrimp balls. I usually scoop about 1 tablespoons of minced shrimp for each ball. Recipe: •2 lbs minced shrimp 🍤 •1 pk spring roll wrap •1 teaspoon salt •1 teaspoon sugar •1/2 teaspoon msg(op) •1/2 teaspoon ground pepper •1/2 teaspoon garlic powder •1/2 teaspoons onion powder •1 tablespoon cornstarch. Brought my shrimp from Costco but you can get head on shrimp at most Asian Supermarkets. Recipe: •1 tablespoons cooking oil •2 tablespoon minced garlic (more if preferred) •1-2 jalapeño (sliced) •1/4 cup shallots Recipe for shrimp 🦐 •18-20 jumbo head on shell on shrimp(deveined) •1/2 teaspoons garlic powder •1/2 teaspoons onion powder •1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper •1/4 cup cornstarch Mix well. Fry for 2-3 minutes at 400f. Quick fry on high. Will make the shrimp crispy on the outside but not overcooked on the inside. Place on cooling rack to stay crispy.
