Took ages to doodle this but yeah! The given names come out in high stress/emotional moments. Stone’s usually sensible but he can get a bit too excited on his bike sometimes so he had a lil’ accident, whoopsie. He’ll have to lecture Shadow about safe riding too.

while in this scene in sonic 2, stone exclaims to dr. robotnik: “sir, you’re magnificent!!”
gerald saw greatness only through robotniks machines, and used his talents and intelligence for his advantage. stone, on the other hand, saw it through everything the doctor did and everything he was.
