But “I’m not good at sports” means you are not good at playing sports. You can still like sports but not be good at it.

A: @Ayana0204 The expression may be slightly inappropriate depending on the context but there is the expression, 'to play the hell out of sth'. This is usually used when referring to playing a musical instrument but I feel it also works for games to say you are very satisfied.

A: If you are asking a person how long they have had a certain hobby (as in, how long is it since you played for the very first time), then yes, though it sounds slightly less natural. "How long have you played ____________ for?" is slightly better but still a little less natural than "how long have you been playing"

If you are asking how long an ongoing game/session has been going (as in, how long is it since you started playing this time/game/session/today), then no.

@ 2nd sentence: saying the word "they" when you're not talking about people or animals is correct in certain situations. Please remember that! I know it's strange 🤔
@ 4th sentence: you can say "actually" at the end of a sentence, but in most countries, ending a sentence with the word "actually" sounds very rude. People end a sentence with "actually" when they want to insult other people's opinions or other people's mistakes. It's very condescending and patronizing. In Asian English, we end sentences with "actually", but we don't know it's rude in Western countries, and foreigners in Asia can usually feel that we aren't being rude. But remember this cultural point. If you go to Australia, like many Japanese do, please avoid beginning or ending your sentences with "actually". Australians will not hesitate to become aggressive, and many of them hate Asians to begin with. Let's not begin or end sentences with "actually", unless we're *obviously* being positive or helpful.
