I cut a slit in a bag with the sphagnum moss/perlite to keep the nodes in contact with the moss and kept damp. A cutting of this size could take a longer time to root or you may find you’ll lose leaves while the cutting is trying to grow new roots.You could chose to score the node before adding the moss (it may take faster to rooting) but l decided to leave as is and it was a success! Taking this cutting, when I repotted it, I added it back into its pot so it could live its best bushy life with the rest of its family.
