It’s a must try, and it’ll be a regular this summer 😍 Ingredients: 1 cup coconut milk 1/2 cup sliced mangoes 1.5 tbsp honey (adjust as per sweetness preference) 2 tbsp chia seeds Extra sliced mangoes to top Instructions: 1. Lemon Coconut Cream Chia Pudding
5min · 2 servings Chia pudding • 1/4 cup chia seeds • 3/4 Can of Coconut cream (leave can in fridge over night so it thickens) • 2 tbsp Maple syrup or Honey (sub any sweetener or go without!) • 1 tsp Vanilla extract • 1 large lemon, zested and juiced Mix together, divide into serving dishes, set aside. Coconut whipped cream • 1/4 can of coconut cream (whatever is left over from the chia pudding) • 1 tsp Maple syrup • 1 tsp Vanilla extract Mix together until whip cream consistency forms, layer onto chia pudding and garnish with lemon zest.
