High Protein Cookie Dough Easy Healthy Recipe with Protein Powder | Monster Mash
The quantities I used (feel free to adjust): - 30g oats - 1 scoop Salted Peanut Butter protein (my fellow pb lovers, you need this. neeeed this 🤤) - 16g peanut butter - 1tsp vanilla - 1tbs almond milk (to consistency of your liking) - 1tbs mini m&m’s Stir until smooth & Enjoy! SO easy to make, can be stored in the fridge overnight and now you have a grab-and-go high protein bfast that will support your metabolism, keep you full, and jump start your day with some energy!
