My new favorite dessert | My new favorite dessert I make dessert enchiladas with peaches. | By Justine Kameron | Alright, we're starting off with half a can of condensed milk. Put that aside to use later. Grab a brush and just brush that condensed milk on the bottom of your thirteen by nine. Covering up the whole bottom of the pan. Beautiful. Now, I'm coming in with my mission flour tortillas. This is the soft taco size. We're going to grab one of these babies. We're going to place it in our condensed milk and I'm going to come in with our sliced peaches in heavy syrup but we drained our peaches. Go ahead and grab a few of these peaches and place it in the middle of our tortilla. I think five to six peaches per tortilla is the perfect amount. Now that we have our peaches on our tortilla, we are going to go ahead and roll our tortilla with all that condensed milk just like so and then it should stay right in place just like this. For the rest of them, I did them not in the pan and then just placed them in but in order to get that condensed milk on there, I still have half my can and we're just going to go ahead and get that right on these so that they have that delicious condensed milk. So, we do end up using the whole can. Half of it on the bottom and half on top. Oh yeah, make sure all that goodness out. Use your brush and make sure brush it right on top. This looks delicious. Is. It's going to be amazing. So now, we added a bunch of softer items into our dessert pan. So now, I want to make add something that might be more crunchy. Alright, let's put this to the side and grab a big bowl. We're going to add one cup of flour Perfect. Then I have one fourth cup of brown sugar. Add cinnamon to taste. About two tablespoons should be good. Beautiful. Okay, you guys. Now, the only thing that this is missing is some butter and to make this super easy on myself, I'm going to grab my cheese grater and we're going to lock this baby in. Perfect. Grab my butter and we're going to grate this this butter. Oh, whoa. Let this fall. Alright and with these ingredients, we are going to kind of create a streusel that will go on top of our little peach enchiladas that we have back there. I'm just using my potato masher to get all these ingredients well combined so that we get a nice little crumbly kind of texture. Alright, once it looks like this, that's when we know it is ready to go on top of our little peaches over here and for this part, we can kind of just grab our hands and sprinkle it right on top of the entire dish. Oh, this is going to be so great. This is what's going to add that crunch factor. It's going to be a nice little streusel that just is delicious and easy. Perfect. Okay. Now, this is ready for the oven. My oven is set to 350 and this is going to be in there for 45 to 50 minutes. Oh my. My house smells incredible. Whoo. Okay. It is time to serve this up plate and our spatula. That streusel on the top. You're going to want to eat this warm, okay? Looks so delicious. Oh yeah. Look at that. And you guys know we are not going to eat this without some ice cream at the best in the world, Vanilla Hogandas. A go to. That's why it's already broken into. We're going to get a nice scoop to melt right on top of those peach enchiladas Now, they're peeking through. Mmm mmm mmm. I'm way too excited for this one. We got a little bit of crispiness from the, you know, edges. Oh my gosh. Doesn't that look crazy good? You get some ice cream. I don't think it will fit on the fork. Is it good? Mm.
