If you can’t find salmon belly, this will work great with salmon filets as well. Ingredients: 1.5 skin on salmon belly Cooking spray Marinade: 1 tbl minced lemongrass 2 tsp minced garlic 1 tsp mushroom seasoning 1/4 tsp black pepper 1 tsp hoisin sauce 1 tbl oyster sauce 1 tsp Sriracha Rice paper Cooked vermicelli noodle Lettuce Herbs of choice Pickled carrot (optional) Tamarind fish sauce (recipe in highlight) 1️⃣ Peel off the skin and set aside. Then marinate salmon belly with all ingredients listed under marinade for 30 mins. 2️⃣ Preheat air fryer. No cooking spray required for the belly. Air fry for 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Air fryer does vary so adjust until the top is a little charred. For the salmon skin, spray some coking spray on top and then air fry at 400 for 10 minutes as well. 3️⃣Get all your spring rolls ingredients together.
