Do you know why else your kid has so much energy? It's their breathing. Everyone these days is trying to work on their breathing and kids seem to have it down to a tee. Just have a look at them when they're sleeping. When they breathe in their chest rises and you can even see the breath going up into their shoulders and way down into their belly. It seems like their whole body is moving inline with their breath. #breathwork #breathinbreathout #parentinglife #preschool #kidshealth #kids
