I got this recipe 20+ yrs or so ago. It was presented on one of the cooking shows on PBS (before the Food Network.) I jotted it down (no home computer then.) I tweaked it to my taste, but it pretty much is the recipe shown on TV.You must be a mushroom lover to appreciate this one.
