TinkoStars on Instagram: "High-Protein Spinach Artichoke Pizza Ingredients: - 1.5 cups cottage cheese, strained - ½ cup plain Greek yogurt - ¼ cup ricotta cheese - 1 tsp garlic powder - 1 tsp onion powder - Salt and pepper to taste - 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained - 1 jar of artichokes, drained and chopped - 1 cup of shredded mozzarella - ¼ cup shredded Parmesan - Trader Joe's Pizza Crust (flatbread) Instructions: 1. In a food processor or blender, blend together the cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, ricotta, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth. 2. Transfer the blended cheese mixture to a large bowl. Stir in the chopped spinach, artichokes, and half of the shredded mozzarella and Parmesan. 3. How to make it: 1. Preheat your oven to 425F. 2. Crisp up one of your tortillas and add the cream cheese, sausage crumbles and half of your mozzarella. 3. Top with your other tortilla and add remaining ingredients. 4. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the mozzarella on top is bubbly. 5. Cut into 4 slices and enjoy!
