Perfect for when you’re craving something sweet but simple. 🍯🍓 You’ll need: ▪️ 300g thick Greek yogurt (I used 5% @fage_uk) ▪️ 50ml honey ▪️ 20g cornflour (~2 tbsp) or tapioca flour ▪️ 2 eggs How to make it: 1️⃣ Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until smooth. 2️⃣ Pour the batter into a 15cm (6-inch) round tin lined with baking paper. Tap to level it out and cover with foil. 3️⃣ Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 50 minutes, removing the foil after 20 minutes. 4️⃣ Let it cool in the tin for 20 minutes, then transfer to a plate (keep the baking paper on for now). 5️⃣ Refrigerate for 2 hours to set.
