This is such a good and refreshing summer drink!! ✨RECIPE✨ - into a sauce pan add 1 chopped ginger root, 1 cup brown sugar and 1 cup water - simmer for a couple of minutes - take off heat, let it cool, then pour into a jar - add a few tbsp into a glass - add ice, top with sparkling water and a slice of lemon🍋 #recipe #food #drink #ginger

Let’s talk about this Chocolate Mousse 🤤⁠ ⁠ This recipe from @lilsipper is full of protein, it’s sugar-free, and great for gut health with the added greek yogurt & Further Food Gelatin! ⁠ 🍨 Ingredients:⁠ - 1 tbsp Further Food Gelatin bloomed in ½ cup water⁠ - 1 cup Greek yogurt⁠ - 2 tbsp cacao powder⁠ - Optional: add 2 tbsp coconut sugar⁠ ⁠ 🍨 Directions:⁠ 1. Blend ingredients in a blender until smooth, then pour into dish.⁠ 2. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.⁠ 3. Add cacao powder!
