10min · 4 servings Ingredients (makes 2-4 servings) • 1 cup popcorn kernels • 50 grams or 1/2 stick butter • 2 tablespoons neutral oil, plus more as needed • 1.6 oz (46 g) freeze dried strawberries, crushed into a powder • 125 grams white chocolate, melted Instructions 1. Heat the butter in a large skillet or pot on medium heat, until it’s sizzling hot. This can be done with microwave-popped popcorn as well!!! 2. Add the popcorn kernels, pop a lid on top, and shake the pan back and forth. Wait for the kernels to pop. 3. Once popped, dump the popcorn on a baking sheet. Drizzle melted chocolate on top and the strawberry powder. Toss to combine.
