Loft (upstairs)

The biggest question here is how can we keep David's recliner or replace it with something ALMOST as comfy? And in doing this, can we then fit a coffee table? How do we display the TV (would love to have artwork on the wall behind/around it)? Can we do a pattern on the roman shades or is there too much else happening in the room? This is our main hang out space so I want it to be really cozy. Right now the MCM vibe is too strong.
