Head to your App Store and download a Tabata timer (it’s free!). Set the timer to 1 minute “work” : 30 seconds “rest”. Then complete the workout below for 4 rounds. This should take no longer than 35 mins. 
 
Equipment: All you’ll need is a jump rope and a pair of moderate heavy dumbbells. I’m using 20’s for reference. If you don’t have a jump rope then you can replace with any bodyweight cardio exercise of your choice!
