I was browsing TikTok the other day and came across this recipe for TikTok Cinnamon Roll in a Mug that has 1,500,000 million views. I was intrigued of course and had to try it! I mean, who wouldn't love a quick and easy Cinnamon Roll made in a mug in the microwave??? When done properly, this is actually a pretty good craving buster. If you just have to have Cinnamon Rolls, it will certainly do in a pinch!

1 cup quick cooking rolled oats
1/2 cup besan (bengal gram flour)
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum
1/4 cup grated carrot
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
4 tsp curd (dahi)
1/2 tsp grated ginger (adrak)
1 1/2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
salt to taste
5 tsp oil for greasing and cooking.

What you need:
200g Mushrooms
1/2 Red Onion 
1 Garlic Clove 
100g Baby Spinach 
2 Egg Beaten 
20g Grated Cheese
Sriracha 
1 Piadina or Wrap
Olive Oil 
S&P 

What to do:
Heat 1tbsp olive oil in a pan, add garlic & onion and cook for 3-5 mins over low heat until softened.
Add mushrooms, season well and cook until golden. 
Pour in egg and cook for 3-5 mins until egg had set.
Place piadina on top and flip over with a plate.
Top with spinach, cheese and sriracha, heat until cheese has melted.
Fold over and serve with sides of choice.

Sometimes the simplest easiest meal turns out the best. If you’re short on time this 3 ingredient recipe can be served for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The toast comes out really soft, and is especially great for those little ones that don’t like the texture of eggs, its very easy to chew and all in all takes 5-7 min to put together! 

Ingredients: 
1 egg 🥚 
Handful of cheese 
1 piece of whole wheat toast 🍞
A little butter or oil for frying

-Whisk egg and cheese together 
-Add your toast and make sure it soaks mixture in
-Heat up pan with a little oil or butter
-Add your toast and cook each side for 3-4 min on low-medium heat 
-Serve along side fruit and yogurt 😊
