It’s not the authentic version but tastes quite similar.   Method:  -Take paneer, cut into cubes.  -Add 1tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1tsp full cornflour, 1/2tsp salt & 1tsp ginger garlic paste.  -Mix well and marinate for 5min.  -Shallow fry in a pan with some oil till golden brown crisp.  -In the same pan, add 2-3 chopped garlic pods, finely chopped ginger, 1-2 green chilli slit & few curry leaves. Cook for a minute.  -Add 1tbsp tomato ketchup, 1tbsp red chilli sauce & 1/4tsp pepper powder.  -Mix everything well.  -Your paneer 65 is now ready.
