1. Eye Tapping 
This gentle massage helps improve blood circulation around the eyes, reducing dark circles and puffiness, and helping to plump the under-eye area.

- Use your ring fingers (they apply the least pressure) and gently tap around your eyes in a circular motion.
- Start from the inner corners, work up along your brow bone, and then come down under your eyes.
- Repeat this tapping motion for about 1-2 minutes.
