Create a color visual chart. You can do this with a computer or hand make it. . Place colored items on the floor, like foam puzzle pieces or pieces of colored paper, that match the colors on the chart. . Have the child stand on a balance item, like a bosu or a balance beam. . Using a ball that has good bounce, like a racquetball, have them practice bouncing and catching with both hands. . Then help them read the color chart and as they read each color, bounce and catch the ball on the matching colored item on the floor. .
