1) X press- 12 reps
2) bent arm lateral raise + external shoulder rotation- 10 reps (both movements count as 1 rep)
3) gorilla rows- 12 reps each arm
4) crossbody bicep curls- 12 reps each arm
5) narrow shoulder press- 8 reps (L arm+R arm+both arms=1 rep)
