Overnight oats recipe (double for a standard mason jar size)

1/4 cup old fashioned oats 
A little less than half a scoop of protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
1/4 cup milk 
1/2 tbsp cocoa powder 
1/2 tbsp maple syrup 
1/2 tsp vanilla 
Pinch of salt 

Set in fridge overnight and eat with a little melted chocolate drizzle!

Okay slight exaggeration that it was everyday but it was essentially ✨everyday I was on shift✨ which was most days of the week. They also works quite nicely as a 3am snack for my night shift friends! 🌙 

What you will need 👇

✨BASE ✨
100g yogurt 
1 heaped tbsp protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
180ml milk (approx - add less if not use protein powder)
1 tbsp chia seeds (approx 10g) 
45g rolled oats
Nut butter (optional)

(Ps. You can easily increase the portion sizes by keeping the ratios the same 💕)

🍏 Apple and cinnamon 
1 chopped apple
1/2 tsp Cinnamon 
2 tsp Maple syrup 

Method : make the base. Cook the chopped apple in a pan with maple syrup and cinnamon.
