I added Craftsman style trim to my kitchen window after removing the drywall.

My new kitchen dream centered around a farmhouse apron sink. I chose this cast iron one by Kohler with a right side drain. I melted when I saw it installed! The window was replaced with a modified prarie style, and replaced the "modern" trim with craftsman style molding.
