ingredients •5 tbsp vegan butter slightly softened •7-10 cloves minced garlic (depending on how garlicky you want it) •1/4 cup chopped parsley •1 sheet puff pastry •vegan mozzarella cheese •vegan parmesan (optional) directions: in a bowl add the vegan butter, garlic, and parsley. combine until a paste forms. spread garlic butter across the puff pastry. top with vegan cheese. roll puff pastry like you would cinnamon rolls. slice into rolls as shown in video. if puff pastry is warm, refrigerate the rolls for 15-20 minutes before baking. if not, proceed to baking at 400°F for 20-22 minutes. top with more parsley and vegan parmesan! #garlicbutterrolls #veganrecipeshare #vegangarlicbread #puffpastryrecipes #vegana
