855K views · 15K reactions | Here’s a budget friendly lunch recipe. At my husbands request, I made him a chicken salad sandwich with Costco’s $4.99 Rotisserie Chicken. I didn’t really measure anything, but I added grapes, celery, onions, toom garlic dip, mayo, mustard, relish, salt and pepper. Served it with melted cheese on a croissant. #budgetmeals #chickensaladsandwich #costcofinds #chickenrecipes #recipevideo #lunchideas #budgetfriendly #budgetfriendlymeals | My Nguyen | myhealthydish · Original audio

These simple pepper steak roll ups using crescent roll dough are a huge hit with my kids. So simple to assemble, they pack big flavor. I did serve these with tomato soup but they are just as good as snack all by themselves or with a side salad This filling could be made a day in advance and then just assembled and baked off when you are ready to serve. The filling could also be completely cooled, the roll ups could be assembled and then covered well and parked in the fridge overnight. Bake off the next day . . .
