69K views · 21K reactions | Itinerary for one of the best West Coast National Park trips that I’ve ever taken—which was to start in Yosemite and then more or less follow the 1-5 corridor north, hitting the big five parks in its vicinity. They’re five of the most incredible National Parks in the US, and between the alpine lakes, glaciated peaks, and forests, they’re a ome of the most dynamic landscapes that you’ll see. Make no mistake—this one is a lot of driving—almost a full day’s worth, so you’ll want at least two weeks to a month. The nice thing about the route is that there’s so much to see outside of the National Parks along the way. As for the parks themselves, these are the places that I’d recommend checking out: Yosemite:🏔 -Glacier Point -Tunnel View -Mist Trail -Cook’s Meadow -Half Dome Redwood (State and National Park):🌳 -Grove of Titans -Damnation Creek Trail -Prairie Creek Trail -Elk Meadow -Trillium Falls Crater Lake:🗻 -The Pinnacles -Discovery Point -Watchman Peak -Rim Trail -Sun Notch Mount Rainier:🌲 -Skyline Trail -Reflection Lake -Tipsoo Lake -Fremont Fire Tower -Burroughs Mountain North Cascades:🏕️ -North Cascades Highway -Washington Pass Overlook -Cascade Pass -Ladder Creek Falls Some ideas of other places to check out along the way, if you have time, would be: -Mt. Shasta area -Klamath Falls area -Bend area -Oregon Coast -Snoqualmie and Wallace Falls -Alpine Lakes Wilderness -Hood River -Trillium Lake Additionally, with some extra driving you could add two more National Parks: Olympic and Lassen Volcanic to cover all the parks in NorCal, Oregon and Washington. This really makes for an awesome way to explore the natural beauty and parks of the West Coast. As always, feel free to comment or message me for itineraries, recommendations, and best hikes. I’ll do my best to respond👍🏼 . . . . . . #pnw#washington #earthfocus #stayandwander #earthpix #california #westcoast #liveoutdoors #bestvacations #theoutbound #discoverglobe #laketahoe #craterlake #oregon #optoutside #rainier #nationalpark #vanlife #mountrainier #Wander #roadtrip #redwood #summer #nationalpark #paradise #tlpicks #northcascades #lake #hikingbangers #seattle | Luke Kelly

MICHELLE ✈︎ Luxury Travel + Beautiful Stays on Instagram: "📌 Save this for your next trip to Carmel Valley, California. This is one of the most unique spas in California and was one of my favorite things we did on our trip to Carmel and Monterey. TIPS FOR VISITING REFUGE SPA 👇🏻 • Make sure to book a reservation ahead as they’ve moved to a reservation only system and don’t allow walk ins • Weekdays first thing in the morning are best if you want to avoid the crowds • Upon arrival, you’ll receive a robe, water and locker for your belongings where you need to leave your cellphone behind as it’s a phone-free zone • They don’t provide slippers, so it’s best to bring flip flops or sides if visiting in the colder months so your feet don’t freeze in between pool hopping • Plan to spend 2-
