Ingredients: 2 salmon fillets 1 large cucumber 1 can of corn (rinsed & drained) 1/2C feta 1/2C salsa 1 avocado . Directions: 1.Season your salmon (I love paprika, garlic powder and sea salt) 2.Bake or Airfry salmon (I prefer to Airfry - plus it’s quicker) 3.Make your cucumber salad 4.You can serve just the salmon over the cucumber salad or you can feel free to serve both over a bed of quinoa or white rice!
