40min · 4 servings I had some potatoes growing eyes on hand I had picked up for $2 and wanted to use them up! So we canned up some garlic potatoes for easy dinner sides that can store in my pantry for up to a year! For each quart you will need: • 1 tsp garlic • 1 tsp oregano • 1 tsp basil • 1 tsp salt • 1/2 tsp pepper • Hot water Dice potatoes. Boil potatoes for 5 minutes. Place in your cans. Add your spices and ingredients and fill with hot water. Pressure can for 40 minutes! • These can simply be warmed up on the stove once canned and are an instant easy side dish!
