After 30 min wet your fingers then fold 4 sides, twice so 8 times in total turning the bowl after each fold as shown in the reel. Cover and Rest for 45 min Add some greaseproof paper to a large oven dish with some olive oil. (I normally grease the bottom with butter so the paper doesn’t move around) After 45 min oil your utensils, hands and the work surface. Don’t skip this step it’s important as the dough is sticky Pour the dough out and cut int
