Kadun Pika Spareribs Take a slab of pork ribs and cut into singles. Put them into a pot of boiling water for 10-15min. Strain and rinse. Sautée 1 onion diced, 4 Thai hot peppers & 4-6 cloves of garlic in 2tbsp olive oil until onions are cooked. Add 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup vinegar, 2cups water, 1 tbsp of minced ginger root, 2 tbsp of brown sugar & the ribs into the pot, cover & boil for 30-45min. Remove lid, simmer to reduce liquid for 15min. Add coconut milk to taste, serve over white rice.
