Palak Paneer Chila
PALAK PANEER CHILA Method - In a mixie jar, take 1 cup yellow moong dal (soaked for 3-4 hours) • - take one big bunch of chopped Palak (Spinach) • - add some ginger and green chilli (garlic optional- I haven’t used it as such) • - add some water and make smooth batter • - in another bowl mix chopped coriander, onion, tomatoes and some paneer • - Now take a non-stick pan and wipe few drops of oil with a tissue • - On medium flame, now make these beautiful looking chila (small or big size as per your choice) • - on the top, add the vegetable paneer mixture that we made in another bowl • - cook from both sides till done • - Palak Paneer Chila is ready. We're loving this simple, yet gorgeous, herby, Chickpea, Beet and Feta Salad by @gayanefood. Look at how all of the colors pop! Who's going to make this tonight? You could even batch make this and make enough for leftovers with the hearty ingredients. Instruction : * 1x 400g tin of chickpeas, drained * 300g cooked beetroot, diced * 1/2 large cucumber, diced * 150g feta cheese, diced * 80g pitted olives (optional) * 1 red onion, finely chopped * 30g fresh dill, chopped * 40ml olive oil * Juice from one lemon * Salt and pepper to taste In a large bowl, toss together all the ingredients.
