How to Make a Rich Rogan Josh at Home Ingredients: 500g lamb, cut into pieces 2 onions, finely chopped 2 tomatoes, pureed 1/2 cup yoghurt 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tbsp garam masala 2 tbsp oil Salt to taste Instructions: Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in pureed tomatoes, cumin, coriander, chilli powder, turmeric, and salt. Cook until the oil separates from the gravy.
