This caramel dip is addictive🤤And no need for moderation bcs it also happens to be very healthy😏

🍯healthy caramel🍯⁣ 🌟ingredients🌟⁣ - 90g pitted dates (5-6 medjool dates)⁣ - 100ml boiling water ⁣ - 1 heaped tbsp peanut butter ⁣ - 1 tsp vanilla ⁣ - Pinch of flaky salt ⁣ 🌟method🌟⁣ 1. Soak the dates in the boiling water for 15 mins. ⁣ 2. Blend the dates with the water, the peanut butter and the vanilla together until smooth. ⁣ 3. Transfer the dip into a bowl and sprinkle some flaky salt on top!⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣
