Instead of using flavored, I suggest adding 1 TBS good vanilla extract and 2-3 TBS allulose to taste and use plain Greek yogurt - healthier option. 1 egg. How to make it: Blend all ingredients in blender. Place into 2-3 ramekins. Bake in a water bath for 20 min at 350F. Carefully remove from oven, let air chill and then place in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight. Top with some berries and whipped cream. Enjoy!😉 Let me know how you like

If you click on the Amazon link in my bio you can find the pan under Kitchen essentials. It will fit most air fryers. You could likely use a ceramic bowl as well. Preheat that air fryer or oven to 360. In a small pan measure two servings or 170g (same as 2/3 cup) light cherry pie filling. The key to keeping it low cal is using light cherry pie filling. You can get this at Walmart. In a separate bowl mix 26g angel food cake mix with 1tbsp water. Then later the cake mixture on top of the cherries. Airfry for 5 minutes. If using the oven it will take a longer period of time. I did not bake mine in the oven - but I would imagin

It’s light and refreshing, full of pumpkin flavors, so creamy, and the perfect treat to make this fall – especially if the weather is still warm! @lainiecooks_ started this trend awhile ago and I hope she brings it back this fall! 🙌 You’ll need: 1 16oz container of whole milk cottage cheese – I used @good_culture 1/3 cup organic maple syrup (or raw honey) ½ - 1 cup pure pumpkin (taste it before freezing to figure out how much pumpkin you want) 1-2 tsp pumpkin spice seasoning 1 tsp vanilla extract toppings of choice - I used crushed toasted pecan cookies
