Golden, Crispy, and Cheesy Chicken Croquettes with Tangy Sauce
For the croquettes: 1 minced chicken breast (200 g) 2 boiled floury potatoes (200 g) 1 teaspoon parsley Salt, pepper 150 g smoked scamorza cheese Flour, as needed Beaten egg, as needed Breadcrumbs, as needed Instructions: Mix all the ingredients to form a dough. Shape the dough into croquettes weighing 100 g each. Fill them with smoked scamorza cheese or mozzarella. Coat them with flour, dip in beaten egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs. Bake in the oven at 190 degrees Celsius for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. For the sauce: 100 g white vinegar 100 g brown sugar 150 g ketchup 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons soy sauce Instructions: Mix all the ingredients. Boil for 10 minutes. Let it cool completely before use. Enjoy your crispy, cheesy chicken croquette
