For more healthy recipes check our bio link Ingredients: For the Momos: 1 cup all-purpose flour (maida) or whole wheat flour for a healthier option 1/2 cup water (approximately) 1 cup finely chopped mixed vegetables (cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, and scallions) 1 cup ground or finely minced lean chicken or tofu (for a vegetarian option) 2 cloves garlic, minced 1-inch piece of ginger, grated 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon vegetable oil Salt and pepper, to taste A pinch of sugar (optional) Cooking spray or oil for greasing For the Dipping Sauce: 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon rice vinegar or white vinegar 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil (optional) 1/2 teaspoon finely minced garlic A pinch of red pepper flakes (adjust to your spice preference)

Eggless Christmas Plum Cake
Recipe: 1️⃣ Soak 3/4 cup tutti frutti, 1/4 cup chopped dates, 1/4 cup chopped dried apricot, 1/4 cup raisins, 1/8 cup chopped dried figs, 1/8 cup dried cranberries with 2/4 cup pulp free orange juice in an air right container for at least 24 hours in the refrigerator. 2️⃣ To a mixing bowl, add 1/2 cup oil and 1/3 cup brown sugar and mix well. Add 1 cup yogurt/ dahi and 1 tsp vanilla essence and mix well. 3️⃣ Through a sieve, add 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour, 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder, 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder, 1/8 tsp ginger powder, 1 tsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp baking soda. 4️⃣ Add chopped nuts of your choice. I added 1/4 cup each of almonds, cashews and pecans. Add soaked fruits to the mix. Leave 2 spoons of soaked fruits to garnish on top. 5️⃣ Fold the mixture gently to prepare the batt
