Raw Mango Rasam
Ingredients : • 1 Raw Mango (peeled and cut into pieces) • 2 Green Chillies • 1/2 cup + 1.5 cup + more Water • 1/4 cup boiled Pigeon Pea Seeds (Tuvar Dal) • 1.5 tsp Jaggery (Gur) • Salt as per taste • 2 tsp Oil / Ghee • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds (Rai) • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera) • 1/4 tsp Fenugreek Seeds (Methi) • 1 finely chopped small Ginger Knob • 2 Dry Red Chillies • Few Curry Leaves • Pinch of Asafoetida Powder (Hing) • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi) • Finely chopped Coriander Method : • Take 1 chopped Raw Mango in a pressure cooker • Add 2 Green Chillies • Add 1/2 cup Water • Pressure cook up to 2 whistles • Once cooled, churn it in mixie to make mango puree • Transfer this puree a pan • Add a little Water • Add 1/4 cup boiled Tuvar Dal • Mix it well • Add mo
