Wayne Weil, MD on Instagram: "Tortilla Kebab Skewers 🌯🔥 Mix: 3 lbs ground beef, 2 minced onions, 1 minced red bell pepper, 6 garlic cloves, 1/4 c parsley, 1 tbsp cumin, 2 tbsp paprika, 2 tbsp coriander, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 2 tsp black pepper, 1–1.5 tbsp kosher salt. Spread mix on 10 square-cut x-large tortillas. Stack 5 at a time with a tortilla on top + bottom (2 stacks). Cut 1” wide strips, turn on side, press onto skewers. Cut between skewers. Grill in oiled cast iron, a few mins per side (4 turns). Sauce: Simmer 8 oz butter, 1/2 c yogurt/labneh, 1/2 minced onion, 1/4 c parsley, 4 garlic cloves, 2 tsp paprika, salt. Rebecca’s Food Diary on Instagram: "Sweet and spicy chicken and potatoes Ingredients: - Use whatever type of chicken you like (i used thighs) - 1/2 cup apricot preserves - 1/3 cup soy sauce - 1 tsp cayenne pepper - 1 tsp salt - 6 Yukon gold potatoes - 3 sweet potatoes - 1 tsp paprika - 1 tsp salt - 1 tsp garlic powder Directions: - To a cup add your apricot preserves, soy sauce, cayenne pepper, and salt - Add that to your chicken cover and bake on 350 for 1 hour - Cube your potatoes and sweet potatoes add them to a tray with your paprika, salt, and garlic powder and bake until golden brown - When the chicken is done let it cool down before shredding - After it’s shredded add your potatoes back in mix and bake in 450 to get it a little crispy Enjoy🧡🧡"
