This original video was produced by Shauna M and Network Media LLC. | By Shaunas Kitchen | This is just two cans of my sliced potatoes and then I'm coming in with two cans of my green beans as well. We're just getting that right into the bottom of my thirteen by nine casserole dish and then using some cream of chicken. This one is going to be the 98% fat free but you guys can do whatever kind you want if you want to do low sodium or even a different brand that you like but Campbell's is just you know, tried and true. So, I'm out that entire container there. I'm then going to add some sliced mushrooms just right on in. Mushrooms are totally optional. I know some people love them. Some people hate them. But me and my family love it. So I'm going to add some in. And then sour cream. We're doing about half a cup. So four ounces. That's exactly half of this container which is what I have left. Right on in here. The sour cream is going to give it a nice thickness to it that I think will be great for this dish. It's perfect for Thanksgiving or any just regular dinner idea. Let's go ahead and give these a nice mix up and I did empty the juice from each of those containers of veggies. So, you want to drain them as well and oh, this is going to be so good and if you guys don't want to do cream of chicken, you want to keep it like vegetarian. You guys can do cream of celery, cream of onion. The options are pretty endless for those. But just make sure you get it all nice and mixed in here together. Mm it's going to be so good. I am going to add some onion powder to this just to season it up a little bit more and some garlic salt. You can do garlic powder if you have it and just add some salt in addition but since this one has both, just going to use that. Just get those seasonings nice and mixed up in here. You don't need too much salt especially because of that condensed soup but it's all to your preference really. If you like it really salty, then, you can add as much as you want but I this. Something that my mom taught me or used to make also when I was younger. It's a nice combination of flavors and for the best part, of course, we're going to need some cheese and I'm going to use this entire bag of mild cheddar cheese. You can do sharp cheddar. You can do a mixed cheese but I love cheddar in this dish. It's just so good and makes it deliciously cheesy. Ooh, doesn't this just look amazing? Alright, just keep mixing this up until we've got everything nice and evenly distributed. I think just this should be pretty good. Go ahead and smooth it on back down. I do have about a quarter of my bag left of this four cheese Mexican blend that I'm just going to use up to go sprinkle right on over the top you don't have to do this but I had this cheese and I really needed to use it up so I thought it would go great together beautiful just like that alright now this is going to head to the oven at 350 for about 35 45 minutes alright so this just came out of the oven you can see it bubbling around the edges and it is smelling so good but I am to give this a try. So I'm just going to go ahead and scoop out. Ooh some of those potatoes. For sure some green beans in there also. Oh. So good. Alright this is just looking so cheesy and delicious. I cannot wait. Alright so I'm going to try and take a small bite because it looks really hot still. So I'm just going to Alright, cheers. Mm. Oh wow. Okay. Yeah. This is for sure amazing. You definitely have to give this a try.
