Salmon fish baked(season fish before) Steam broccoli an cauliflower with 1 clove garlic and 1/2 finely chopped onions with non fat margarine and a pinch of black pepper. brown rice cooked with 4 carrots, 1 can chick peas, 1/2 can lentil peas,1/4 fresh kale,celery, parsley, basil finely chopped 1 tomato dice,4 garlic, 1/2 onion dice, 1/2 red and yellow pepper each finely chopped,ms dash seasoning,black pepper. Cooked all ingredients together then mix in rice. enjoyed your healthy dinner.
