Haluski with Polish kielbasa
credit to Pat Diggin on Facebook and the Women's Blackstone Cooking group. 2 large onions chopped, 2 small heads of cabbage in 1 inch cubes, 1 link of polish Kielbasa, half of stick of butter, 1 bag of broad egg noodles cooked al dente. Pre oil the grill, cook onions till translucent, add cabbage to grill top and cook tell has fried consistency, toss both onions and cabbage together, season with SPG add 1/4 stick of butter. Set to side. Cook kielbasa till done. Add all together, dump in egg noodles and add the other 1/4 stick of butter. Add to large bowl and serve immediately.
