Getting twins to sleep is no easy task. There are so many factors and different stages within the first year. In this post I share my expereince with twins and sleep from day one through the first year. Understanding how others have successfully gotten their twins to sleep was very helpful for me in the beginning and I wanted to share that process with others. As a first time twin mom as well as a Montessori mama our sleep philosphy and use of the floor bed present a unique expereience that supports healthy sleep patterns and respect for the child. From one tired mama to another, I hope our journey can shed some light on your path and expereince raising twins and helping them to sleep. I was able to sleep train our twins at 8 months old and they continue to sleep through the night.
