First, I'll start by chopping half of a cabbage into small pieces. The result of this recipe will surprise you. Stick around until the end and you won't regret it. When everything is ready and you taste it, you'll want to make it all the time. I'll transfer all the chopped cabbage to a glass bowl or something similar that you have at home. I'm going to add 2 eggs, half a teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of black pepper. Now, I'll mix everything until the ingredients are well combined. Tell me, have you ever made a recipe with cabbage? If you know of any special ingredient that would go well with this recipe, feel free to share. I'd love to know. In a pan, I'll add a tablespoon of butter. You can stir it until the butter melts completely just like I'm doing here. I love making this type of recipe. I use only a few ingredients and I chose this preparation method because it's really quick to make. Now, I'll place our cabbage in the pan with the butter. I'll make sure everything is even in the pan. So, I get an amazing result at the end. I'm using this spatula to arrange it. See how easy it is to prepare this recipe? I think it's much better than pizza. I'll cover and let it cook for about 3 minutes. I'll use a plate to flip it and cook the other side. I'm going to add two tablespoons of tomato sauce. I'll use a spoon to spread it evenly covering the entire recipe. Look how beautiful it's looking. I love using tomato sauce in recipes because I think it adds a special touch to the flavor. What do you think of this method? I bet you'll find it easy too. The smell of this dish is amazing. Even your neighbors will notice. Now, I'll add sliced mozzarella to give a special flavor boost to the recipe. Just looking at it makes me hungry. I'm sure once I finish, it'll taste incredible. Do you add mozzarella to your recipes too? I'll sprinkle a bit of oregano as much as you like. I'll let it cook until the mozzarella melts. Done. The smell is wonderful. Now, I'll just transfer it to a plate, slice it, and serve this delicious dish. I learned this recipe when I was young and now, I make it for my kids on weekends. They love it. My friends always ask me to teach them how to make it because the result is so amazing. When you try it for the first time, you'll add it to your list of favorite recipes. Surprise your family with this dish. I'm sure it'll turn out great. Now, I'll call my family to try it. They've been waiting for it to be ready. I hope you enjoyed this recipe. Thank you so much for watching this video until the end. I'll see you in the next video. Bye.

It is higher in calories and fat so if you’re someone that tries to keep their calories lower, you could try substituting turkey sausage. I personally eat 2 meals a day and this fit fine into my macros. I have never counted calories on keto, only net carbs. All of the carbs in this dish come from the cabbage so they’re good carbs! 🙌🏼🥬 RECIPE - Makes 1 serving 1/4 small head of cabbage 12 slices of smoked sausage 1 Tbsp butter, divided 1/4 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan 1/2 tsp minced garlic dash of salt DIRECTIONS: 1. Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees F. 2. Thinly slice 1/4 of a small head of cabbage. 3. Grease an air fryer safe pan and add the cabbage into it along with 1/2 Tbsp of butter and the sliced smoked sausage. 4. Set the timer for 10 minutes and place the pan in the air fryer. 5. While it’s cooking, prepare the Alfredo sauce. Melt 1/2 Tbsp of butter in a saucepan over medium heat and then add in the garlic, heavy cream, shredded Parmesan and salt. 6. Stir until the cheese is melted. 7. After 6 minutes have gone by on the timer, pour the Alfredo sauce over top of the cabbage and then air fry for another 4 minutes. *You can bake this by following the same temperature and instructions. However, the cooking times may vary. It may need to bake slightly longer to soften the cabbage “noodles.” NUTRITION: 6.7g net carbs | 10g total carbs | 3.3g fiber | 699 calories | 26g protein | 58g fat | 4.8g sugar | Kristy Hawk

Stir in 2 cups broth and the remaining ¼ teaspoon each salt and pepper; cook, stirring occasionally, until boiling. 3. Stir 2 teaspoons each cornstarch and water together in a small bowl until smooth; whisk into the mixture in the pan. Remove from heat; whisk in ½ cup Parmesan until melted. 4. Return the cabbage wedges to the pan; bake, turning once, until the cabbage is very soft and the sauce has reduced and thickened, about 50 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes. Sprinkle the cabbage wedges with the remaining Parmesan. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
