20min · 4 servings Ingredients:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ • * 4 Tbsp Sweet Chili Sauce • * 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce, low sodium • * 4 Tbsp Cornstarch • * 1 pack of high protein tofu (TJ’s) • * 1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil Instructions: 1. (Optional): Freeze and fully defrost tofu before cooking. This texture is unreal and pretty similar to chicken. Make sure to press your tofu after defrosting or buy high protein tofu. 2. Dice tofu into 1 inch cubes. Add to a mixing bowl. 3. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, 2 Tbsp sweet chili sauce and cornstarch. Mix until well incorporated. 4. Air fry at 390 for 19-20 minutes. Flip halfway to cook evenly OR bake at 400 for 25-30 minutes also flipping every halfway for best results. 5. Once crispy and done, add the final 2 Tbsp sweet chili sauce and mix well until evenly co
