What is Balanced Eating? My Balanced Eating Approach for Energy, Weight & Cravings!
There are a few layers to this. The first layer is knowing how to put meals and snacks together so that you’re eating across the different food groups to get a range of macronutrients and micronutrients that you need each day. This is creating balanced meals. The second layer is eating with a balanced mindset (80/20 rule), plus balanced meal timing. When you get these components of eating working well, your energy shifts and you can start to see results in many different areas, including weight!
