Royal Kitty - I LOVED making this cake! I called it Royal Kitty for two obvious reasons but another reason why I called it “Royal” is because I made this cake using two of ROYAL BAKERY’s awesome tutorials. I changed a few things to make it my own but the design is all from Royal Bakery’s tutorials. I added a little handpainted owl, a plaque (bought from Not Just Cakes by Annie) and few other little details. My friend’s daugther was so happy with her cake.

A Cake I finished in record time, 6 hours… :) ... What saved me really was using candy clay (wilton candy melts + corn syrup) per Jessicakes blog recipe. There was virtually very little drying time and I was able to attach immediately to the cake. PLUS, kids were able to eat it (vs. gum paste or fondant mixed with tylose). Bear-themed Party Cake - This is my daughters cake. She had a build-a-bear party. Truly a special cake because she designed it based on her invitation. I am a proud momma. :)
