The Easiest Way To Make The Best Fried Chicken Burger At Home 😌❤ Ingredients and steps: 500g boneless chicken 1 tsp salt 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp garlic granules 1 tsp onion granules 1tsp black pepper 1 tsp red chilli flakes 1/2 tsp baking soda 2 tbsp mustard paste Coat the chicken Marinate overnight or atleast an hour. 2 cups plain all purpose flour 1 cup cornflour/cornstarch 1 tsp salt 1 tsp paprika 1 tap garlic granules 1 tsp onion granules 1 tsp red chilli flakes 1 tsp black pepper Mix everything. Take 3 tbsp of the dry mix, add 1 egg and enough cold water to make a batter. Single coat or double coat the chicken. Let it rest for 10 minutes. Deep fry on medium high heat for 7-8 minutes each side. Assemble the burgers and enjoy! #friedchicken#friedchickensandwich
