Japanese Culture

Japanese culture has a rich history going back centuries. The Meiji Era (mid 19th century?) brought the Far East closer to the West and have revealed many wonderful things Westerners never imagined before. Today, Japan is considered one of the top leading countries in terms of culture, economy, and innovation. But what has many intrigued is their tradition (food, style, mannerisms). Since post WWII, Japan has learned to adapt to modern western trends while keeping their tradition alive.
