I have an affinity for the old, broken, forgotten things of another era, other people’s castoffs. Broken bits at the bottom of a box, drawer, or jewelry chest have always fascinated me. Objects fascinate me. They are the direct and tangible manifestation of any culture. It is no surprise my career path has been an unconventional one, archaeologist, antique dealer, and artist.
