Photography by DMacStudios. #Cosplay #Otafest 2012. Finished costume yay! I did miscalculated the measurement for the collar. I was off by 1.5 inches! I couldn't help but use blue fabric for the dress (Blonde and blue = Sailor Moon!!). The ears were conjured up in 1/2 hour by my Darling (sick and half asleep...lol). Total cost of materials approx. $20 and approx. 16 hours of work (including pattern drafting). Retail Price: $45

Phase 1 of the dress: I cleaned up the collar, sleeves and hem, so I could wear it out tonight for a magic show :) No sleeves or collar made yet - That will be phase 2.
